Topic Relevance

  • Originality is key. Ensure your post provides fresh insights or perspectives and is not a rehash of existing content.

Quality Standards

  • Posts should be well-researched, well-written, and free of grammatical errors.
  • Aim for a comprehensive, in-depth approach to your topic. We prefer posts that are at least 1,000 words in length.
  • Include actionable advice, clear takeaways, and practical examples where applicable.

SEO and Readability

  • Use subheadings, bullet points, and short paragraphs to improve readability.
  • Incorporate relevant keywords naturally into your content, but avoid keyword stuffing.
  • Include internal links to relevant Blog posts and external links to reputable sources
  • You may include a maximum of one link to your website, which can be in the body of the article or in your bio. External links to sites other than your own are allowed for citing images and statistics but not for earning backlinks.
  • Article should not be written by AI tools.

Submission Guidelines


  • Submit your post in a Google Doc with editing permissions enabled.
  • Include an introduction and a conclusion.
  • Use a clear, engaging title that accurately reflects the content of your post.
  • Keep paragraphs short: No more than 2-3 sentences.
  • Provide a brief author bio (2-3 sentences) with a headshot and links to your LinkedIn profile or personal website.

Images and Media

  • Include high-quality images, charts, or infographics that enhance the content. Ensure you have the rights to use these images.
  • Provide proper attribution for any images or media used within your post.

Editorial Process

  • Our editorial team will review your submission for relevance, quality, and alignment with our guidelines.
  • We may make edits for clarity, grammar, style, and SEO purposes.
  • We reserve the right to reject submissions that do not meet our standards or fit our content strategy.

Promotion and Sharing

  • By submitting a guest post, you agree to promote the content through your own networks, including social media, email newsletters, and other channels.
  • We will also promote your post across our platforms, including our blog, social media channels, and email newsletters.
