Does Peoplebox.ai replace our HRIS or ATS?

No. Peoplebox.ai integrates with your existing HRIS (like BambooHR, Workday, and Darwinbox) and ATS systems. We replace the performance management and recruiting modules of your HRIS not the entire system. Your HRIS remains your system of record for employee data, payroll, and leave management. Peoplebox.ai syncs with it automatically so you never duplicate work.

How human-like are Nova's conversations actually?

What languages does Nova support?

Currently English. We’re expanding to Arabic and other languages based on customer demand. If you need specific language support, let us know: it helps us prioritize development.

How long does implementation take?

Yes. You define the role requirements, must-have skills, and interview focus areas. Nova adapts its questions based on your criteria and the candidate’s responses. You’re not locked into generic interview scripts.
