No. The AI assistant follows the same access and privacy rules you already have in Peoplebox. Private goals and reviews you can’t see stay out of every answer.
Will the AI assistant submit reviews or choose ratings for me?
No. The AI assistant can draft written comments, but you review and confirm them. Ratings and scores are always chosen by a person, and the AI assistant never submits a review.
What can I change through an AI assistant?
You can create and edit goals, log goal check-ins, draft review comments and give feedback. 1:1s and development plans are read-only for now.
How do admins control access?
An organization admin can turn external AI assistant access on or off with one setting. Turning it off stops all external AI assistant connections right away.
Is there a record of changes made through an AI assistant?
Yes. Every change made through an AI assistant is logged in an audit trail.
